Vitaly Margulis, MD UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX, briefly discusses the unmet needs facing the clinical treatment of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC). The overtreatment of low-grade UTUC and undertreatment of high-grade UTUC underlines improvements that could be made to prevent invasive surgeries and escalate treatment for patients with aggressive forms of the disease. This interview took place at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting in Chicago, IL.
