ESMO 2024 | What is the optimal duration of treatment of enfortumab vedotin in urothelial carcinoma?

Jonathan Rosenberg, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, gives an overview of findings from a study assessing the optimal duration of enfortumab vedotin treatment for patients with urothelial carcinoma. Patients receiving 8.5 months worth of treatment were found to have good progression-free survival. However, this was in heavily pretreated patients receiving enfortumab vedotin monotherapy, and more research is needed in first-line settings. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
