Genitourinary Cancer Urothelial Carcinoma BL-B01D1

Jonathan Rosenberg, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY, discusses results from a Phase I trial (NCT05785039) evaluating BL-B01D1, a bispecific EGFR x HER3 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma (UC). BL-B01D1 demonstrated a promising overall response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR), as well as a manageable safety profile in heavily pretreated patients. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
