Susan Dent, MD, FRCPC, Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, NC, talks on key data presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) 2022, including on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for the management of HER2-low breast cancer. Additionally, Prof Dent highlights the effect of estrogen deprivation therapy combined with endocrine therapy in young woman and the impact on cardiovascular health in the long-term, which is under investigation in the ongoing Phase 0 CROWN (NCT05309655) clinical study.
