ASCO 2026 | YOCAS, mood disturbance and insomnia in cancer survivors

Karen Mustian, PhD, University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester, NY, presents findings from a Phase III trial examining Yoga for Cancer Survivors (YOCAS), mood disturbance and insomnia in cancer survivors. Results show that the intervention improves mood disturbance, anxiety and fatigue, which mediates a reduction in insomnia. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
