WCLC 2024 | Considerations in managing lung cancer in elderly patients

Shalini Vinod, MBBS, MD, University of New South Wales, Liverpool, Australia, gives an overview of treatment approaches for geriatric patients with lung caner, who often have more comorbidities and geriatric syndromes. They are also underrepresented in trials, and a shared decision making process is needed to prioritize quality of life or survival in the patient.
