Daniel Khalaf, MD, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada, explores patient-reported quality of life (QoL) outcomes from the Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG) PR21 trial (NCT04663997), a Phase II study comparing docetaxel with lutetium-177-PSMA-617 in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). QoL worsened over time with docetaxel but remained largely stable with lutetium-PSMA, and patients reported more perceived side effects with docetaxel. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
