ESMO 2026 | TROPHY-U-01: cohort 7 of SG, EV and zimberelimab in untreated mUC

Randy Sweis, MD, University of Chicago, Chicago, IL, discusses interim results from cohort 7 of the Phase Ib TROPHY-U-01 trial (NCT03547973), which evaluated sacituzumab govitecan (SG) combined with enfortumab vedotin (EV) and the PD-1 inhibitor zimberelimab in treatment-naive metastatic urothelial cancer (mUC). Early antitumor activity was promising and the triplet showed manageable toxicity, with no additive toxicity beyond the expected profiles of the individual drugs. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
