ASTRO 2022 | SALV-ENZA: SRT + enzalutamide in high-risk PSA-recurrent prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy

Phuoc Tran, MD, PhD, University of Maryland, MD, provides an overview of the rationale and study design of the SALV-ENZA (NCT02203695) trial, a Phase II double-blind, randomized study of salvage radiation therapy (SRT) plus enzalutamide or placebo for high-risk PSA-recurrent prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy. The primary endpoint was freedom from PSA progression. This interview took place at the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) 2022 Congress in San Antonio, Tx.
