PRIMO 2023 | Targeting EGFR-positive NSCLC with antibody-drug conjugates

Jorge Nieva, MD, University of California, San Francisco, CA, comments on the promising role of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in patients with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). There are very limited options for patients who have progressed on third generation EGFR inhibitors, and ADCs represent a potential strategy for this group of patients.
