SITC 2022 | ONM-405: pH activated nanoparticle for activating NK- and T-cells in solid tumors

Jinming Gao, PhD, UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX, provides an overview of ONM-405, a nanoparticle formulated cytokine, IL-2Fc, designed to increase the therapeutic window of IL-2 via a pH activatable micelle formulation. ONM-405 encapsulates the IL-2 cytokine during circulation. The IL-2 cytokine is then released into solid cancers upon reaching the tumors acidic microenvironment to activate NK cells and T-cells. This interview took place at the 37th Annual Meeting of the Society for Immunotherapy in Cancer (SITC 2022) in Boston, MA.
