Hidehito Horinouchi, MD, PhD, National Cancer Center Hospital, Tokyo, Japan, comments on findings from the Phase II LUMINOSITY trial (NCT03539536) of telisotuzumab vedotin (Teliso-V) in patients with c-Met protein-overexpressing, non-squamous EGFR wild-type non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Results from Asian patients demonstrated promising overall response rates (ORR) and a manageable safety profile, with common adverse events including hypoalbuminemia and peripheral neuropathy. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
