ESMO 2026 | INCB123667 and bevacizumab in recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer

Domenica Lorusso, MD, PhD, Fondazione IRCCS National Cancer Institute of Milan, Milan, Italy, discusses preliminary efficacy and safety data from a Phase I trial (NCT05238922) of INCB123667, a selective oral CDK2 inhibitor, with bevacizumab in heavily pretreated patients with recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer (rEOC). The combination showed promising antitumor activity, including durable responses, in patients previously exposed to bevacizumab and PARP inhibitors. Safety was manageable and consistent with the known profiles of each agent, with no treatment discontinuations due to adverse events. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
