ASCO 2024 | Next generation CAR T-cell therapies for solid tumors
Salman Punekar, MD, from NYU Langone, New York, NY, discusses the significant potential of CAR T-cell therapies in solid tumours. While efficacy and toxicity remain barriers to realizing this potential, the critical need to develop future CAR T-cell therapies that can overcome these limitations is highlighted, underscoring the importance of advancing the underlying technology.
