Rocio Garcia-Carbonero, MD, PhD, University Hospital 12 De Octubre, Madrid, Spain, discusses the Phase IIa CVM-005 study (NCT03600233) of CVM-1118, a novel oral anti-vasculogenic mimicry agent, in pre-treated patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). CVM-1118 demonstrated a promising median progression-free survival (mPFS), with notable efficacy in combination with somatostatin analogs. A favorable safety profile was additionally reported. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2024 Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
