ESMO GI 2026 | DLL3: a promising target in neuroendocrine carcinomas

Rocio Garcia-Carbonero, MD, PhD, University Hospital 12 De Octubre, Madrid, Spain, shares insights into current and emerging treatment of neuroendocrine carcinomas. DLL3 is emerging as a promising target for treatment, with the DLL3/CD3-targeting bispecific T-cell engager obrixtamig showing strong efficacy in combination with chemotherapy. Trispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates and CAR T-cell therapies are also showing promise in this area. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Gastrointestinal Cancer 2026 Congress in Munich, Germany.
