We evaluated KIM-1 and circulating tumor DNA in a prospective cohort of patients treated with radiation therapy alone for oligometastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma. This is the first evaluation of both KIM-1 and ctDNA in the same cohort, and we found that both were prognostic for the primary endpoint of systemic therapy-free survival.
