ESMO 2025 | IMbrave152/SKYSCRAPER-14: tiragolumab, atezolizumab & bevacizumab in HCC
Stephen Lam Chan, MD, FRCP, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, discusses the Phase III IMbrave152/SKYSCRAPER-14 trial (NCT05904886), which evaluated the addition of tiragolumab to atezolizumab and bevacizumab as first-line therapy for locally advanced or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The combination did not improve progression-free survival or show a meaningful overall survival advantage over atezolizumab plus bevacizumab alone. Response rates and safety were comparable between arms, with no new safety signals observed. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2025 Congress in Berlin, Germany.
