Andrew Ohyama Parsonson, FRACP, MBBS, Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, discusses updated results from the Phase I/II trial (NCT05914116) of DB-1311, a novel B7H3 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with heavily pretreated castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). The agent demonstrated promising antitumor activity and durable responses across both dose levels. The safety profile was manageable, with most adverse events being low grade.
