Umang Swami, MD, MS, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, comments on real-world treatment patterns of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) intensification in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) using data from the Flatiron Health database. Findings show a significant increase in ADT intensification use, aligning with guideline recommendations. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
