Findings from the TheraP trial (NCT03392428) have demonstrated the efficacy of cabazitaxel for patients with prostate cancer who have not been treated with it before and have progressed on 177Lu-PSMA-617. Umang Swami, MD, MS, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, comments on additional treatment options for patients who progress on radionuclides 177Lu-PSMA-617, such as T-cell engagers and other radiopharmaceuticals. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
