Eduardo Vilar, MD, PhD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses safety and immunogenicity results from the revaccination cohort of a study (NCT05078866) of Nous-209, a neoantigen-based vaccine designed for cancer interception in Lynch syndrome carriers. Both repeat vaccination approaches were well tolerated, with mostly low-grade adverse events, and enhanced T cell immunity, with the strongest effect seen with a single viral vector boost. No advanced adenomas or colorectal cancers were detected, informing selection of the optimal dosing regimen for future studies. This interview took place at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2026 Congress in Madrid, Spain.
