Shirish Gadgeel, MD, Henry Ford Cancer Institute/Henry Ford Health, Detroit, MI, compares and contrasts existing first-line therapies for EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The Phase III MARIPOSA study (NCT04487080) has resulted in another option for clinicians, and patient features should be taken into consideration when choosing the best therapy. However, more research is needed to further refine patient selection. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
