Xin Gao, MD, Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, Boston, MA, discusses results from the lead-in phase of the Phase II ARAMON trial (NCT05526248) of darolutamide monotherapy in patients with castration-sensitive prostate cancer (CSPC) following biochemical recurrence (BCR). The increase in testosterone at week 12 from darolutamide was lower than previously reported for other androgen receptor inhibitors, alongside deep PSA responses. Darolutamide was well tolerated, with most treatment-emergent adverse events being grade 1/2. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
