GU Cancers 2025 | NEXUS-01: LY4052031, a nectin-4 ADC, in urothelial carcinoma and other tumors
Xin Gao, MD, Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, Boston, MA, gives an overview of the Phase I NEXUS-01 trial (NCT06465069), which evaluates LY4052031, a next-generation anti-nectin-4 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer or other nectin-4-expressing solid tumors. The study aims to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and antitumor activity. Patients are enrolled in dose escalation and expansion phases, regardless of whether they have been treated with enfortumab vedotin. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
