Tony Mok, MD, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, shares a 7 year update on the Phase III CROWN trial (NCT03052608), comparing lorlatinib 100mg with crizotinib 250mg in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), highlighting that the median progression-free survival has not been reached after 83 months of median follow-up. Prof. Mok notes that the progression event dynamics show a significant decrease in progression rates after the first two years.
