Antonio Giordano, MD, PhD, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, comments on the emerging role of enfortumab vedotin, an antibody-drug conjugate, in HR+/HER2- and triple-negative breast cancer. Findings from the Phase II EV-202 study (NCT04225117) show promising results, and whilst enfortumab vedotin is not yet recommended for clinical use, further research is warranted. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
