ASCO 2024 | Recruitment criteria of the EVEREST-2 trial assessing A2B694 in solid tumors

Salman Punekar, MD, NYU Langone, New York, NY, comments on the Phase I/II EVEREST-2 trial (NCT06051695), which will assess A2B694 in patients with recurrent unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic solid tumors. Patients with tumors expressing HLA-A*02 and mesothelin will be recruited to receive A2B694, a logic-gated Tmod CAR CAR-T cell. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
