ASCO 2024 | Phase I trial of OBX-115, an IL2-sparing TIL, in pre-treated metastatic melanoma

Rodabe Navroze Amaria, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses the Phase I study (NCT05470283) evaluating OBX-115, a membrane-bound IL15-expressing autologous engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL), in immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-resistant metastatic melanoma. Durable responses were observed, indicating clinical benefit without high-dose IL2. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
