Rodabe Navroze Amaria, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, comments on how OBX-115, an IL2-sparing autologous engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL), can provide a potential treatment alternative for patients with melanoma. Whilst findings from the Phase I study (NCT05470283) show encouraging outcomes, more research is needed. An ongoing Phase I/II multicenter study (NCT06060613) is underway.
