ASCO 2024 | Implementing NC410 in combination therapy for colorectal and ovarian cancers
Eric Christenson, MD, John Hopkins Medicine, Baltimore, MD, discusses the next steps in the development of NC410, a collagen-targeting agent, including more confirmatory studies to validate its efficacy in colorectal and ovarian cancers. Its ability to penetrate tumors, such as those in pancreatic cancer that have high collagen content, makes it particularly promising. By combining NC410 with chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy, the response rates in these challenging malignancies could be significantly improved. This interview took place during the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
