WCLC 2024 | Valemetostat and datopotamab deruxtecan in advanced NSCLC

Alexander Spira, MD, PhD, Virginia Cancer Specialist, Fairfax, VA, provides an overview of the Phase Ib trial (NCT06244485) evaluating the safety and efficacy of valemetostat, a dual inhibitor of EZH2 and EZH1, combined with datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study aims to assess the safety, tolerability, and objective response rate in patients with previously treated NSCLC. This interview took place at the 2024 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) in San Diego, CA.
