Vasu Divi, MD, Stanford Medicine, Stanford, CA, discusses the considerations regarding the delivery of an optimized treatment regimen for patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC). Clinical decisions for personalized treatment may involve the extent of surgery and the need for additional therapy options in patients with a complete pathologic response. Patients who are unresponsive to treatment may require other strategies to improve outcomes. This interview took place at The European Congress on Dermato-Oncology 2024 in Vienna, Austria.
