Margaret Gatti-Mays, MD MPH, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, discusses the ongoing investigations on TGFβi natural killer (NK) cells in various cancer types such as the STING trial (NCT05588453) for melanoma and the TINKS trial (NCT05634369) for sarcoma. The TGFβi NK cells were engineered in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus, OH, grown, produced, and stored in the Ohio State Cellular Therapy Labs, Columbus, OH.
