Guru Sonpavde, MD, AdventHealth Cancer Institute, Orlando, FL, describes the Phase I/II INTerpath-005 trial (NCT06305767) of V940, an individualized mRNA-based neoantigen therapy, with pembrolizumab for muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). The study includes a perioperative cohort evaluating V940 with pembrolizumab and enfortumab vedotin before and after surgery, and an adjuvant cohort comparing V940 plus pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone. Primary endpoints include safety and disease-free survival, with secondary analyses on pathologic response, overall survival, and distant metastasis-free survival. This interview took place at the ASCO GU Cancers Symposium 2025 in San Francisco, CA.
