ELCC 2025 | Tarlatamab versus real-world therapies in pre-treated SCLC
Umit Tapan, MD, Boston University Medical Center, Boston, MA, discusses a comparative analysis of tarlatamab against real-world therapies in patients with previously treated small cell lung cancer. Tarlatamab was associated with improved overall and progression-free survival, as well as higher response rates compared to standard treatments. These findings support the clinical benefit of tarlatamab in a setting with historically limited therapeutic options and poor outcomes. This interview took place at the European Lung Cancer Congress (ELCC) 2025 in Paris, France.
