ASCO 2025 | SYNC-T therapy: in situ personalized cancer vaccination with intratumoral immunotherapy in mCRPC

Margaret Gatti-Mays, MD MPH, The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, discusses findings from a study of SYNC-T therapy, a personalized cancer vaccine with intratumoral immunotherapy explored in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). SYNC-T therapy was well tolerated and achieved an 87% overall response rate in patients with mCRPC. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
