ASCO 2025 | Phase I study of B440, a WT1 cancer vaccine, in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer

Margaret Gatti-Mays, MD MPH, The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, discusses findings from a Phase I study of B440, an oral Bifidobacterium-engineered WT1 cancer vaccine, in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer. B440 exhibited a favourable safety profile, and improved progression-free survival, supporting further investigation in larger trials. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
