ASCO 2025 | Deep learning CT biomarker predicts OS in advanced NSCLC
Ronan Joseph Kelly, MD, Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, TX, describes the validation of serialCTRS, a deep learning-derived biomarker that evaluates thoracic CT changes to predict overall survival (OS) in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Data from a clinical trial and a real-world dataset, serialCTRS outperformed RECIST 1.1 in prognostic accuracy. This interview took place during the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
