Alexander Spira, MD, PhD, FACP, FASCO, NEXT Oncology Virginia, Fairfax, VA, discusses updated findings from the LOXO-RAS-20001 trial (NCT04956640) of olomorasib with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in patients with KRAS G12C-mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination showed manageable safety and promising clinical activity across all PD-L1 expression levels. Most adverse events were liver enzyme elevations and gastrointestinal symptoms, which were generally resolved with dose modifications.
