iwCAR-T 2026 | Advances in T-cell redirecting therapies for prostate cancer
Kevin Zarrabi, MD, MS, FACP, Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, Philadelphia, PA, discusses the progress of T-cell redirecting therapies in prostate cancer, noting the transition from early to late phase clinical development and potential regulatory approval. There has been a growth in the number of trials, driven by the discovery of novel tumor antigens in prostate cancer, and Phase I trials have demonstrated that T-cell engagers can overcome the conventional notion that prostate cancer is immune-cold or resistant to immunotherapies.
