ASCO 2026 | Evaluating adverse events after T-cell redirecting therapies in prostate cancer

Kevin Zarrabi, MD, MS, FACP, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA, shares insight into a meta-analysis analyzing the toxicity profiles of nearly 900 patients treated with T-cell redirecting therapies in prostate cancer. The toxicity profiles are consistent with those seen in other disease settings, with most cytokine release syndrome (CRS) events being grade 1 and 2. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
