Pembrolizumab has been approved in the post-chemotherapy setting as a result of the KEYNOTE-025 trial (NCT02007070), further research has been conducted within the adjuvant setting in the IMvigor010 (NCT02450331), IMvigor211 (NCT02302807), CheckMate 274 (NCT02632409), and AMBASSADOR (NCT03244384) trials. The KEYNOTE-057 (NCT02625961) additionally investigates pembrolizumab patients with bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG)-refractory non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
