Rupert Bartsch, MD, Medical University of Vienna, Vienna, Austria, describes interim real-world findings from the NERLYFE study (EUPAS41584), a prospective European observational analysis of extended adjuvant neratinib in hormone receptor-positive, HER2-positive early breast cancer. Results show manageable gastrointestinal toxicity, reduced treatment discontinuation with prophylaxis, and a safety profile consistent with prior clinical trial data. This interview took place at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) 2025 Meeting in San Antonio, TX.
