Here, Sara Hiom, BSc, from Cancer Research UK (CRUK), London, UK, discusses the status and potential implementation of lung cancer screening in the UK, referencing the UK National Screening Committee, Public Health England and NHS England. She highlights the importance of evidence-based decisions and learning from lung health check programmes.
