I think the fundamental one is always going to be patient uptake. I think as we move more and more into the modern world, everything’s becoming more and more digitized. So, you know, we are treating a growing population. So we’re looking at different ways that we can bring the patients in to be involved in their care and obviously use those digital facilities to help with the work that we want to make more efficient so I think that’s probably one of the key barriers is getting that initial uptake but hopefully and with the data that we’ve already got we’re seeing an increase in that uptake already so it’s only going to move forward...
