Alessandro Bertini, MD, IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, Milan, Italy & Henry Ford Health System, Detroit, MI, explores long-term survival and additional treatment rates in men with high-risk locally advanced prostate cancer and PSA persistence following robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP). Findings suggest that while PSA persistence increases the likelihood of requiring hormone therapy or radiotherapy, it does not significantly impact long-term cancer control outcomes. This interview took place at the 2025 European Association of Urology (EAU) Congress in Madrid, Spain.
