We’re going to hear results that Dr. Sesecki is going to present from cohort 5, which is the frontline carboplatin amiventamab-pembrolizumab triplet combination, which showed an objective response rate of 77 percent. This is the regimen in frontline that’s being tested in a registrational randomized phase 3 and frontline recurrent metastatic head and neck cancer, comparing that triplet regimen with standard of care chemoimmunotherapy carboplatin 5-FU-pembrolizumab, which is the control arm...

We’re going to hear results that Dr. Sesecki is going to present from cohort 5, which is the frontline carboplatin amiventamab-pembrolizumab triplet combination, which showed an objective response rate of 77 percent. This is the regimen in frontline that’s being tested in a registrational randomized phase 3 and frontline recurrent metastatic head and neck cancer, comparing that triplet regimen with standard of care chemoimmunotherapy carboplatin 5-FU-pembrolizumab, which is the control arm. This is a PD-L1 unselected population, and enrollment to that study is ongoing. You know, I think the way that our data informs sequencing really focuses on the monotherapy, amivantamab monotherapy activity, after immunotherapy and platinum-based chemotherapy. We now know from this real-world data set, survival is poor for this patient, regardless of what treatment they receive. Even in clinical trial data, such as the interlink trial, stuximab in this population after platinum immunotherapy failure response rate only 24 percent. So again, 42 percent in the single arm cohort is really promising in terms of the efficacy, and we’ll wait to see how this pans forward in origami 5, as well as a number of other cohorts that are being tested, including cohort 6, which is the perioperative cohort for surgically treated head and neck cancer patients as well.
