Anisha Patel, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, comments on the potential LUT014 for acneiform eruption caused by EGFR inhibitors by inhibiting BRAF in the MAP kinase pathway. The low-dose 0.03% LUT014 formulation also showed promising results, trending towards significance in the per-protocol analysis. This interview took place at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025 in Chicago, IL.
