ELCC 2026 | BECOME trial: OS results of becotarug and osimertinib in EGFR exon 20 insertion-mutated NSCLC
Adrian Sacher, MD, MMSc, FRCPC, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto, Canada, explores overall survival (OS) data from the Phase II BECOME study (NCT05132777), examining becotarug with high-dose osimertinib in EGFR exon 20 insertion-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination showed clinically significant responses across mutational subsets, with an OS of around 18 months. This interview took place at the 2026 European Lung Cancer Congress in Copenhagen, Denmark.
